Common use of Sharing of Authorized Access Lists Clause in Contracts

Sharing of Authorized Access Lists. The Department shall share the Department’s Authorized Access List and the Authorized Access Lists for all Arizona municipalities provided to the Department on the Core SFTP site. The Department shall update the lists on a monthly basis with information provided by each Arizona municipality, or as needed to immediately remove any person whose authorized access has been revoked by the Department or an Arizona municipality.
