Common use of Sharing of Certain Payments Clause in Contracts

Sharing of Certain Payments. Except for Excepted Payments, the parties hereto acknowledge and agree that all payments due and owing by any Credit Party to any Lessor Party under the Lease or any of the other Operative Agreements (including pursuant to Section 5.3(c) of the Agency Agreement and Section 17.6(c) of the Lease) shall be made by such Credit Party directly to the Agent as more particularly provided in Section 8.3(b) hereof. The Financing Parties and the Credit Parties acknowledge the terms of Section 8.7 of this Agreement regarding the allocation of payments and other amounts made or received from time to time under the Operative Agreements and agree, that all such payments and amounts are to be allocated as provided in Section 8.7 of this Agreement.
