Sharing of Generic License Agreement. Upon JT’s request, Gilead shall promptly provide to JT a list of the then-current Generic Licensees and a copy of the Generic License agreement (including any amendment thereto) with each Generic Licensee, and a copy of the MPPF License. Gilead may redact information pertaining only to products which are not Products.
