Common use of Sharing of Intellectual Property Clause in Contracts

Sharing of Intellectual Property. If either Party wants to expand the scope of their business relationship and disclose to the other Party intellectual property that has been independently developed or acquired, but which is not otherwise expressly covered by the terms of this Agreement and the other Party is interested in such disclosure, the Parties shall enter into a written agreement identifying such intellectual property and the terms and conditions relating to the disclosure and use thereof.
