Common use of Sharing of Reimbursement Obligation Payments Clause in Contracts

Sharing of Reimbursement Obligation Payments. Whenever the Letter of Credit Issuer receives a payment on account of a Reimbursement Obligation, including any interest thereon, as to which the Letter of Credit Issuer has received any payments from the Lenders pursuant to this Section 11.06, it shall promptly pay to each Lender which has funded its participating interest therein, in Dollars and in the kind of funds so received, an amount equal to such Lender’s ratable share thereof. Each such payment shall be made by the Letter of Credit Issuer on the Domestic Business Day on which the funds are paid to such Person, if received prior to 10:00 am. (Winston-Salem, North Carolina time) on such Domestic Business Day, and otherwise on the next succeeding Domestic Business Day.
