SHARING OF RESULTS. 4.1 Subject to Article 7, the University shall deliver to the Sponsor, for its own use absolutely, annual interim reports, and no later than ninety (90) days following the expiry of the Project Term or earlier termination of this Agreement a draft final report and the final report as more particularly described in Schedule “A” and disclosing Research Results for the Project (the “Research Reports”).
