Sharing Ratio and Contribution Ceiling Sample Clauses
Sharing Ratio and Contribution Ceiling. Subject to all the other provisions of this Agreement, the Minister will make a repayable Contribution to Spectrum Signal Processing Inc., with respect to the Project, of the lesser of:
(a) 31.04% of the Eligible Costs; and
(b) $6,300,000. Irrespective of the limitation on the Minister's Contribution under this Agreement, Spectrum Signal Processing Inc. shall remain obligated to perform the whole of the Project, as described in the Statement of Work.
Sharing Ratio and Contribution Ceiling. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Minister will make a repayable contribution to OSL towards the Eligible Costs of the Project, of the lesser of:
(a) 33% of the Eligible Costs, and
(b) $4,000,177
Sharing Ratio and Contribution Ceiling. Subject to all the other provisions of this Agreement, the Minister will make a repayable Contribution to DynaMotive , with respect to the Project, of the lesser of:
(a) 37 % of the Eligible Costs; and
(b) $8,235,795.
