SHELF LIFE MATERIAL. All age dated material shall have a minimum of 80% shelf life left prior to expiration upon receipt at Buyers facility. Shorter shelf life may be authorized on the Purchase Order as determined by Sensor Systems, Inc. The supplier must notify Sensor Systems, Inc. in advance if any purchased material is less than 80% of its shelf life before shipping. Sensor Systems, Inc. has the right to refuse any shipment received that is less than the 80% shelf life, at no cost to us.
