Common use of Shelf Registration Notice Clause in Contracts

Shelf Registration Notice. Promptly upon receipt of a Shelf Registration Request (but in no event more than three Business Days thereafter), the Company shall deliver a written notice (a “Shelf Registration Notice”) of any such request to all other Holders, which notice shall specify, if applicable, the amount of Registrable Securities to be registered, and the Shelf Registration Notice shall offer each such Holder the opportunity to include in the Shelf Registration that number of Registrable Securities as each such Holder may request in writing.
