Shinsei Power Direct Service Contents. Shinsei Power Direct (hereinafter the "Service") may be used when the customer uses services or conducts transactions prescribed by the Bank, including the following internet banking services and transactions, by making a request through a computer terminal (including the Bank-designated terminals such as smartphone which enable the User to access and browse the Internet. Hereinafter the same in this Customer Agreement.).The User may not use services/ transactions related to comprehensive investment trust transactions (hereinafter, “Investment Trust Transactions”) unless the Bank accepts applications from the User for such transactions. The User must open a securities transaction account in a securities company affiliated with the Bank (hereinafter, an “affiliated securities company”) to enter into securities transactions using securities transaction brokerage services provided by the Bank. In securities transactions using the securities transaction brokerage services, the Bank will receive orders from the User, and each of the affiliated securities companies will place and execute these orders. As a sales agent, the Bank will also receive applications for individual annuity insurance via the Service and, when an insurance company which has separately concluded an agent entrustment contract with the Bank (hereinafter, the “Underwriting Insurance Company”) decides to underwrite the insurance contract, the contract will be concluded between the User and the Underwriting Insurance Company. A User must open an exclusive card loan account with the Bank with the Bank’s consent to enter into card loan transactions. However the available services depend on the computer terminals.

  • Other Directory Services 73.10.1 Both parties acknowledge that CenturyLink’s directory publisher is not a party to this Agreement and that the provisions contained in this Agreement are not binding upon CenturyLink’s directory publisher. 73.10.2 CenturyLink agrees to include critical contact information pertaining to CLEC in the “Information Pages” of those of its White Pages directories containing information pages, if CLEC meets criteria established by its directory publisher. Critical contact information includes CLEC’s business office number, repair number, billing information number, and any other information required to comply with applicable regulations, but not advertising or purely promotional material. CLEC will not be charged for inclusion of its critical contact information. The format, content and appearance of CLEC’s critical contact information must conform to applicable directory publisher’s guidelines and will be consistent with the format, content and appearance of critical contact information pertaining to all CLECs in a directory. 73.10.3 The directory publisher shall maintain full authority as publisher over its publishing policies, standards and practices, including decisions regarding directory coverage area, directory issue period, compilation, headings, covers, design, content or format of directories, and directory advertising sales.

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If CSTC chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, CSTC’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by CSTC to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 CSTC shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from CSTC’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office CSTC utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow CSTC’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access Tandem.

  • Moonlighting Employment as a physician in a professional capacity outside of what is outlined in this Agreement, whether temporary special medical activity (“TSMA”) or external moonlighting, must be approved in writing, in advance, by the Departmental Chair, Program Director and Director of Graduate Medical Education (or designee). Even if approved, professional and general liability insurance as outlined in Section 5.4 is not provided to Trainee engaged in external moonlighting. Trainee acknowledges he or she has the responsibility to obtain insurance for such engagement. TSMA and external moonlighting must be included and reported as part of Trainee's hours spent on clinical experience and education. Trainee shall not be required to engage in any outside work.
