Ship Delivery Document. (a) Draft of the Sellers’ Delivery Documents are all in Agreed Form. (b) Evidence satisfactory to the Buyers that the Head Sellers and the Original Purchaser will enter into written agreement immediately prior to delivery of the Vessel under the Building Contract for the nomination by the Original Purchaser of the Sellers as “BUYER” under the Building Contract to take delivery of and title to the Vessel from the Head Sellers under the Building Contract and all the Original Purchaser’s rights and interests under the Building Contract (in particular, the rights and interest under ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ (WARRANTY OF QUALITY) of the Building Contract and the right to take delivery of and title to the Vessel together with all delivery documents pertaining thereto. (c) Written demand or payment notice from the Head Sellers to the Sellers with respect to the purchase price and all other amounts payable under the Building Contract on delivery together with a reasonably itemised breakdown of payment.
