Shiploading Holidays. (i) Set out in this clause are the Shiploading Holidays for the site. (ii) Where the Company requests an employee to work on a Shiploading Holiday loading ships the employee may choose not to work. When "exceptional circumstances" exist the employees will load the ship on a shiploading holiday. (iii) The dates and times of Shiploading Holidays are as follows:
