Shipment Authorisation Sample Clauses

Shipment Authorisation. CELSION hereby authorises IMPATIENTS to order its LSP to use Product from the Consignment Stock for the fulfilling of orders from IMPATIENTS’ clients without further approval from CELSION. CELSION shall make all reasonable commercial efforts to ensure that the Consignment Stock is replenished in a timely manner to comply with the stock level requirement as mentioned in clause 6.2.
