Common use of Shipment of Property Clause in Contracts

Shipment of Property. The lender will deliver and pick up the artwork to the museum. When returning the Property, GMP shall pack and ship it in the same manner and with the same care as it would ship comparable property of its own. Artist is responsible for all shipping costs and supplying GMP with proper shipping materials to provide for safe transport.
