Shipment of Related Contracts. Written instructions as to the method of shipment and shipper(s) the Document Custodian is requesting to utilize in connection with the transmission of Related Contracts in the performance of the Document Custodian’s duties hereunder shall be delivered by the Borrower, the Services Provider or the Majority Lenders to the Document Custodian prior to any shipment of any Related Contracts hereunder. The Services Provider shall arrange for the provision of such services at the cost and expense of the Borrower (or, at the Document Custodian’s option, the Borrower shall reimburse the Document Custodian for all reasonable and documented costs and expenses of the Document Custodian consistent with such instructions) and shall maintain such insurance against loss or damage to the Related Contracts as the Services Provider deems appropriate.
