Common use of Shipments Clause in Contracts

Shipments. 10.1 Shipments of parcels and or any Sponsor related materials should be delivered to the address given by INREV and picked up on the timeline given by INREV. 10.2 INREV will not be responsible for shipment arrangements nor shipment costs to and from the conference venue and should be arranged by each Sponsor themselves. 10.3 Each Sponsor is responsible for their own materials and INREV will not be liable for any missing materials, delayed parcels or not arrived parcels at the place of the conference venue. Sponsorship fee will not be credited. 10.4 Damage caused by a Sponsor during the period of 4 to 5 July 2019, will be at their own expense and will be handled directly with the conference venue.
