Common use of Shipper’s Commitment Clause in Contracts

Shipper’s Commitment. Subject to Section 2.3 through Section 2.5, Shipper exclusively dedicates and commits to deliver to Gatherer, as and when produced and purchased from Producer, all Dedicated Crude Oil into the Gathering System for the performance of the Services under this Agreement. The Parties agree and acknowledge that the Crude Oil produced from the Excluded Xxxxx is not subject to the dedication and commitment made by Shipper under this Agreement.
