Common use of Shipper’s Insurances Clause in Contracts

Shipper’s Insurances. Shipper shall effect and maintain such insurances as would be maintained by a Reasonable and Prudent Operator for: the LNG Ship. This shall mean that Shipper shall cause the owner of the LNG Ship and its insurer to waive any claim against Terminal Operator above the amount as provided in GC 10.2.2; any liability to third parties, and other insurances required by applicable laws and other insurances which are necessary for the proper and complete performance of the Agreement.
