Common use of Shipping Charges and Taxes Clause in Contracts

Shipping Charges and Taxes. All Prices are exclusive of, and Customer is solely responsible for, and shall pay all taxes, levies, imposts, duties, deductions, charges, fees or withholdings imposed, levied, withheld or assessed by any governmental authority, with respect to, or measured by, the manufacture, sale, shipment, use or Price of the Goods (including interest and penalties thereon); provided, however, that Customer shall not be responsible for any taxes imposed on, or with respect to, Xxxxxxxx’x income, revenues, gross receipts, personnel or real orpersonal property.
