Shipping Containers. The Permit Holder shall:
2.3.1 ensure that an appropriate inventory of supplies is maintained, based on agreed upon levels in keeping with the guiding principles in Schedule “E”, and that requests for replenishing these supplies are made in a proper and timely fashion;
2.3.2 ensure each pallet of Containers has the Depot name and date on the coloured tags supplied by ABCC (example in Appendix A). These tags are to be placed on the bottom layer, on the narrow side of the pallet in accordance with Schedule “B” and never affixed to shrink- wrap; and
2.3.3 ensure Shipping Containers supplied by ABCC remain onsite at the Depot, are handled with reasonable care and are only used for returning Containers to ABCC (or its subcontractors).
Shipping Containers. Shipping container selection shall be in accordance with the applicable equipment/component specifications. Marking of such containers shall be in accordance with above.
Shipping Containers. As part of the development program, STRATEC shall design appropriate shipping containers for the Instruments and spare parts.
Shipping Containers. Shipping containers shall not be permitted in the front yard, side yard or flanking yard of a property. Shipping containers must be set back a minimum of 1.53 metres (5 ft.) from all property lines and must have a vegetative buffer of at least 1.5 metres (5 ft.) in height where the container abuts an existing residential use.
Shipping Containers. 9.1 All Driver Systems shall be shipped to Distributor in special hard shell reusable containers made specifically for the Products shipped (the “Shipping Containers”).
9.2 Prices for lost Shipping Containers will be provided in the price list.
Shipping Containers. All Driver Systems shall be shipped to Distributor in Shipping Containers made specifically for the item shipped. Risk of loss of Shipping Container is on Distributor and Distributor will be responsible to reimburse SynCardia for replacement cost for any lost or damaged Shipping Containers.
Shipping Containers. All Products shall be shipped to Distributor in special hard shell, reusable containers made specifically for the Products shipped (the “Shipping Containers”). Distributor shall be responsible for risk of loss or damage to any Products and Shipping Containers delivered to Distributor for use in returning products or for shipping within the territory. Distributor should use the provided approved Shipping Containers for all shipments to maintain product integrity and function, unless otherwise approved in writing by SynCardia. Shipping Containers shall remain the property of SynCardia. Distributor will be responsible to reimburse SynCardia for replacement cost for any lost, damaged or destroyed Shipping Containers. Shipping Containers. Nordion will, at its expense, provide to INIS empty shipping containers approved and licensed for the transportation of the Cobalt-60 Pellets. The shipping containers may or may not be new and shall remain the property of Nordion at all times. Container specifications will be provided by Nordion to INIS as and when required as part of the shipping documentation. Subject to Nordion obtaining and maintaining the container licenses, INIS shall ensure compliance with all applicable Law and regulatory authority requirements with respect to packing and handling the containers and shipping the Cobalt-60 Pellets to the point of delivery. INIS shall at all times ensure that the Cobalt-60 Pellets loaded in the shipping containers are within the authorized limits as specified on the applicable licenses issued by regulatory authorities. Decontamination of the containers to a mutually acceptable standard prior to delivery to INIS will be the responsibility of Nordion. INIS shall be responsible for any damage to or contamination of the outside of the containers caused by INIS while the containers are in its custody or control. Nordion represents and warrants that the shipping containers it provides will be fit for shipping the Cobalt-60 Pellets.
Shipping Containers. Syncor shall provide Draximage, at Syncor’s expense, sufficient quantities of shielded shipping containers to be used by Draximage to transport shipments of the Product from its Kirkland, Quebec manufacturing facility to the destinations designated by Syncor.
Shipping Containers. Hawaiian shall provide a serviceable shipping container (according to ATA 300) for the first-time shipping of each unserviceable CPFH Component. In exceptional cases a non-ATA 300 standard container shall be used. Thereafter, Delta shall be responsible for Maintenance and replacement of each such Hawaiian-provided shipping container. Delta shall be responsible for all other shipping containers.
