Shipping Containers. As part of the development program, STRATEC shall design and validate appropriate shipping containers for the Instrument and spare parts.
Shipping Containers. The Permit Holder shall:
2.3.1 ensure that an appropriate inventory of supplies is maintained, based on agreed upon levels in keeping with the guiding principles in Schedule “E”, and that requests for replenishing these supplies are made in a proper and timely fashion;
2.3.2 ensure each pallet of Containers has the Depot name and date on the coloured tags supplied by ABCC (example in Appendix A). These tags are to be placed on the bottom layer, on the narrow side of the pallet in accordance with Schedule “B” and never affixed to shrink- wrap; and
2.3.3 ensure Shipping Containers supplied by ABCC remain onsite at the Depot, are handled with reasonable care and are only used for returning Containers to ABCC (or its subcontractors).
Shipping Containers. As part of the development program, STRATEC shall design and validate appropriate shipping containers for the Panther instrument and spare parts.
Shipping Containers. NeoRx has developed a design for a shipping container (“Container Design”) to be used for the shipment of radiopharmaceutical products. University owns a number of depleted uranium containers (the “DU Containers”), which are necessary to ship radiopharmaceutical products. NeoRx agrees to license the use of the Container Design to University for the University’s own internal use on a perpetual, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty free basis with no right to sub-license in return for University allowing NeoRx to use six (6) DU Containers, free of charge, during the Term for all orders of the Product. The DU Containers loaned to NeoRx under this Agreement are to be used solely for transport of radioactivity within XXXX or shipment of radioactivity as mutually agreed by NeoRx and the University. NeoRx shall remain the sole owner of the Container Design and University shall remain the sole owner of all DU Containers; provided, however, that upon termination of this Agreement NeoRx will have the option to lease the six (6) DU Containers for one (1) year after termination of the Agreement at a commercially reasonable rental rate.
Shipping Containers. Corrugated Containers (Standard Carton boxes) shall have a bursting strength of 275 P.S.I minimum. Contents of Containers must be labeled. No carton/contents to weigh more than 40 pounds.
Shipping Containers. All packing cases, xxxxx and cartons, etc. in which the articles or materials may be shipped shall become, without charge, the City's property on receipt, unless otherwise stipulated.
Shipping Containers. Syncor shall provide Draximage, at Syncor’s expense, sufficient quantities of shielded shipping containers to be used by Draximage to transport shipments of the Product from its Kirkland, Quebec manufacturing facility to the destinations designated by Syncor.
Shipping Containers. All shipments shall be carried in appropriate shipping containers, as designed and validated by STRATEC in accordance with the Development Agreement.
Shipping Containers. (a) Shipping containers shall not be used as accessory buildings or for the storage of materials on the Lands.
(b) Shipping containers shall not be used as a dwelling or other form of accommodation, including offices.
Shipping Containers. A. Shipping containers can be used to consolidate intermediate packages.
B. Shipping containers must satisfy applicable carrier regulations.
C. Container fabrication must be of good quality and be designed and sealed to hold its contents during transport.
D. Provisions for material handling features shall be provided as required.
