Shipping Costs; Taxes; Insurance. Oxford will not be responsible for any taxes (including value added tax), duties, levies or other government fees; standard packaging, delivery and handling charges or shipping insurance charges. If any such charges apply, Oxford will add them to Customer’s Invoice and Customer is responsible to pay such charges in accordance with the payment terms applicable to the payment of Fees, as set forth in Section 3.6. If Customer is a tax exempt Person, Oxford may require proof of such status.
