Shipping & Handling. Seller shall preserve, handle, package and pack the Goods to protect the Goods from loss or damage, in compliance with good commercial practice, specifications from Kentzy, government regulations and other applicable requirements. Seller shall be liable for any loss or damage due to its failure to properly preserve, handle, package or pack the Goods.

Shipping & Handling. In the absence of any specific PO requirements, Supplier shall preserve, package, and handle products so as to protect product from loss or damage. The Supplier must adequately plan for packaging designed to prevent product contamination, deterioration or loss and to eliminate shipping damage. Suppliers should provide expendable packaging that provide for sufficient density and protection from any likely damage that may occur. Expendable materials and packaging must meet local and national standards for safe disposal and/or recycling. Supplier must follow shipping instructions provided on WCE PO, if provided. WCE is not liable for rejected shipping charges if Supplier does not follow PO instructions. Supplier accepts that payments of unauthorized shipping costs are the responsibility of the Supplier.

Shipping & Handling. Any shipping/handling costs assessed shall be included in the 24 cost quotation to departments when placing an order for a new copier or copiers order. On rare occasions, it may be necessary for the Contractor to indicate additional shipping and handling 1 charges just prior to delivery. In such instances, an estimated shipping/handling charge must be 2 included and identified on the quotation. No shipping and/or handling charges appearing on an 3 invoice will be accepted or allowed by the County if not included as a separate line item on the 4 invoice.

If an order covers a number of items, the supplier may make part deliveries in respect of all or any such goods, in which event the normal terms of payment shall apply to the goods so delivered and no claim shall arise in respect of the shortfall.
