The SHIPPING & HANDLING clause defines the responsibilities and procedures related to the delivery and management of goods between parties. Seller shall preserve, handle, package and pack the Goods to protect the Goods from loss or damage, in compliance with good commercial practice, specifications from Kentzy, government regulations and other applicable requirements. Seller shall be liable for any loss or damage due to its failure to properly preserve, handle, package or pack the Goods.
Shipping & Handling. Freight is charged on all orders unless otherwise stated. Payment options, freight and tax are based on shipments within the US. Shipments outside the US will be quoted at the time of the order.
Shipping & Handling. Delivery dates or times indicated by the supplier are approximate only and are not a guarantee of delivery by such date or at all. If an order covers a number of items, the supplier may make part deliveries in respect of all or any such goods, in which event the normal terms of payment shall apply to the goods so delivered and no claim shall arise in respect of the shortfall. Goods placed on back order shall be supplied immediately as they are available unless prior written advice of cancellation is received from the customer. WCE is not liable for rejected shipping charges if Supplier does not follow PO instructions. Supplier accepts that payments of unauthorized shipping costs are the responsibility of the Supplier.

Unless otherwise agreed upon, all orders will be shipped pursuant to EW Polymer Group’s standard shipping and handling procedure, and will be subject to EW Polymer Group’s current standard shipping and handling charges in effect at the time Purchase Order is placed. Upon request, EW Polymer Group will tender shipments to Customer's choice of carrier(s) under the terms and conditions of standard INCOTERM as agreed in the EW Polymer Group’s Order Confirmation.
