Final Deliverables. The Contractor must prepare and deliver to the Province by _______________ the following (specified for the purposes of this Agreement as the “Final Deliverables”):
Final Deliverables. As the final deliverable of its Construction Management Services, BTS Company shall deliver to Horizon a written Closeout Report for each CMS site within 10 days of completion, which shall include a thorough and fully approved close out package of all Sites. Close out activities shall include, but are not limited to final inspection, punch list development and resolution, and final walk-through and inspection with Horizon. BTS Company shall not have completed close out until it has received notice from Horizon of completed close out following final walk-through and inspection, which notice shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Final Deliverables. Effective upon ratification by the FIRST Board of Directors of a Draft Deliverable (after which it shall become a Final Deliverable), each Member hereby assigns to FIRST a non-exclusive, undivided, and equal ownership in the copyrights in the respective Final Deliverable with respect to any Contribution made by such Member that is included in the Final Deliverable. As a result of the above assignment, FIRST and the assigning Members shall each have the right to independently exercise any and all rights of copyright ownership, and sublicense such rights, in the applicable Contribution without permission of the other party and without any duty to account to the other party. For clarity, subject to the Member’s joint copyright ownership in their Contributions, FIRST shall own all right, title, and interest in the compilation of Contributions forming the Final Deliverables. FIRST may exercise any and all rights of copyright ownership and sublicense such rights in the Final Deliverables as if such rights were solely owned by the FIRST, without permission of the assigning Member without any duty to account.
Final Deliverables. The Engineer shall submit to the City final copies of the Supplementary Specifications, Special Provisions, and Standard Details. For each final document, the submittal shall include one (1) digital DOC file, one (1) digital PDF file, and any related digital DWG files, if applicable.

Generate the following deliverables and submit to the PCCA in electronic format on a thumb drive and two hard copies: • Submit refined Berth Concept Plans and Passing Vessel Analysis. • Submit maneuvering basin regulatory exhibits to be used by the PCCA to generate and submit USACE 404/10/408 regulatory application. • Submit maneuvering basin final technical memorandum along with 30% design level drawings (developed with readily available information) opinion of probable project cost and project schedule for the proposed improvements. • Submit scope of work required for completion of the maneuvering basin design through 30% level.
2. Quality Control and Coordination. Provide quality control for the deliverables.

XxXxxxxxx Engineering Corporation as prime will be provided signed and sealed signal sheets for the intersection of Xxxxxx Road with Reading Road signalization of the intersection. 301. Adjust current design to incorporate Reading Rd westbound right turn lane. The DIR will be responsible for making formal data requests to county and/or municipal GIS offices, including follow-up steps such as open records requests. • Data sharing. The DIR will review and implement licensing agreements as needed and document data sharing issues. • Software and hosting/display technology. Provide access to commercially-licensed desktop GIS software. DOA will provide access to three basic desktop ArcGIS licenses for the SCO use on the project, access to ArcGIS Online, and all necessary credits for ArcGIS Online. Both the SCO and DIR will participate in community outreach efforts. In consultation with DIR, the SCO will conduct outreach and publicize project goals and status.
