Shipping Terms. 4.1 Unless otherwise mutually agreed to in writing signed by both Xxxxxx and Buyer, delivery from Seller's Shipment Point shall be FCA (Seller’s Shipment Point) INCOTERMS 2010. 4.2 At Buyer’s request, Seller will, at Xxxxx's risk and expense, arrange for the delivery of the Goods to Buyer's site/facility. Buyer will pay, or reimburse Seller for all freight charges, taxes, duties, entry fees, brokers’ fees, special, miscellaneous and all other ancillary charges and special packaging charges.
