North American Shipments: Unless otherwise set forth in writing by Seller or otherwise agreed between the parties, all shipments are made FOB Origin to the address designated by Purchaser at the time of ordering and Purchaser is responsible for freight and insurance which will be added to the invoice and paid by Purchaser.
