Common use of SHOP CARDS Clause in Contracts

SHOP CARDS. It will be the duty of the Employer to prominently display Union Shop Cards in all of their establishments where any Union members are employed. Those Cards shall remain the property of the Union and the Employer shall have their usage only until such time as the Union shall request their return. The Employer agrees to surrender the same immediately upon demand by the Union. The Employer further agrees that employees may wear Union Buttons while on duty.
