SHOP CHAIRPERSON AND OTHER SHOP STEWARDS. (a) The first obligation of any Shop Chairperson or Shop Xxxxxxx is the fulfillment of his responsibilities as an employee. Neither the Shop Chairperson nor any Shop Xxxxxxx is entitled to engage in Union activities during his working hours, other than for such involvement as is necessary for the reporting and resolution of grievances.
