Common use of Short-Form Filings Clause in Contracts

Short-Form Filings. The General Partner shall have authority to sign any short-form Certificate of Limited Partnership or restated or amended Certificate of Limited Partnership meeting the requirement of applicable law which reflects this Agreement, as same may be amended.
