Short Form Supplement Clause Samples

Short Form Supplement. If needed or requested by either party for purposes of recording, permitting, filing or any other valid reason, the parties hereto shall execute a short form supplement to this Agreement which shall contain the pertinent provisions hereof in mutually satisfactory detail.
