Common use of Short-Term Incentive Compensation Program Clause in Contracts

Short-Term Incentive Compensation Program. During the term of this agreement, Executive shall be eligible to receive incentive compensation, providing a bonus opportunity equal to or greater than 50% of Executive’s annual base salary, in accordance with a compensation plan adopted by the Board of Directors on or before January 31, 2002.

Short-Term Incentive Compensation Program. During the term of this agreement, Executive shall be eligible to receive incentive compensation, providing a combination of (a) commissions (at a rate or rates to be determined) on sales generated (at minimum) within the geographies and/or by the business lines for which Executive has primary responsibility, and (b) bonus opportunity equal at a level to or greater than 50% of Executive’s annual base salarybe determined, all in accordance with a compensation plan adopted by the Board of Directors on or before January 31, 2002.
