Short-Year Bonus. The Company shall make a cash payment to Executive equal to a pro rata portion (based on the date on which Executive’s Employment Termination occurs) of the Amounts Payable Under Any Cash Bonus Plans, less any amounts paid to the Executive under any cash-based incentive or bonus plan with respect to completed performance periods occurring within the year in which Executive’s Employment Termination occurs. 1 For executives with existing ESAs.
