Common use of SHORTAGES AND DEFECTS Clause in Contracts

SHORTAGES AND DEFECTS. Any claim of shortages or defects must be made by Buyer within fourteen (14) days after ship date. Claims must be provided to Safran in writing. Buyer will afford Xxxxxx prompt and reasonable opportunity to inspect all Goods for which any claim is made. Xxxxx will not return any Goods to Safran without prior authorization.
