Common use of Shortened Interest Period and Historic Term SOFR Clause in Contracts

Shortened Interest Period and Historic Term SOFR. If the Interest Period of the Loan is, after giving effect to Clause 10.1.2, either the applicable Fallback Interest Period or shorter than the applicable Fallback Interest Period and, in either case, no Term SOFR is available for the Interest Period of the Loan and it is not possible to calculate the Interpolated Term SOFR, the applicable Reference Rate shall be the Historic Term SOFR for the Loan.
