Shortened Interest Period and Interpolated Historic Screen Rate. If Clause 12.1.3 above applies but no Historic Screen Rate is available for the Interest Period of the Loan, the applicable JIBAR shall be the Interpolated Historic Screen Rate for a period equal in length to the Interest Period of that Loan.
