Shortfall Capacity Charge. When the monthly Capacity exceeds the Forecasted Capacity for the month, and as long as such shortfall is more than 5 MW for longer than 2 hours, LAKE WORTH will be charged the Capacity Charge under the Intermediate Capacity under Appendix A.
