The Union will signal its readiness to commence the procedures leading to a vote on the group representation of the non-tenure-track faculty by advising the University that it has secured a “showing of interest” amongst the Agreed Bargaining Unit. The AAA representative will secure and hold the showing of interest submitted to it by the Union, and the materials it has been provided by the University to determine the adequacy and the genuineness of the documents constituting the showing of interest, and the genuineness of the signatures, for a period of two years, or until the neutral is directed by a court or other authority, or a joint instruction from the Parties, as to their disposition.
