Common use of SHOWING Clause in Contracts

SHOWING. During the last 360 days of the Term (or at any time when Tenant is in default), Landlord, subject to the rights of any subtenant not affiliated with Tenant, may show the Premises to prospective tenants or purchasers at such reasonable times during normal business hours as Landlord may select upon one Business Days prior notice to Tenant, provided that Landlord does not materially interfere with Tenant's normal business operations.
