Sick Leave Conversion For Retirement and Transfer. Upon retirement or transfer, sick leave for associate faculty on the STRS/PERS defined benefits retirement plan shall be converted to days based on the following formula: Total Number of accumulated sick leave hours divided by 3. This section shall become effective July 1, 2010.
