Common use of Side Agreements Clause in Contracts

Side Agreements. Neither the Loan Parties nor any Affiliate of the Loan Parties nor any director, officer or employee of the Loan Parties or any of their Affiliates, respectively, has entered into, as of the date hereof, any side agreement, either oral or written, with any individual or business, pursuant to which the director, officer, employee, Loan Parties or Affiliate agreed to do anything beyond the requirements of the formal, written contracts executed by the Loan Parties and disclosed to Purchasers and Agent herein.

Side Agreements. Neither the Loan Parties Borrower nor any Affiliate of the Loan Parties Borrower nor any director, officer or employee of the Loan Parties Borrower or any of their Affiliates, respectively, has entered into, as of the date hereof, any side agreement, either oral or written, with any individual or business, pursuant to which the director, officer, employee, Loan Parties Borrower or Affiliate agreed to do anything beyond the requirements of the formal, written contracts executed by the Loan Parties Borrower and disclosed to Purchasers and Agent herein.
