Common use of Side Letters Clause in Contracts

Side Letters. Effective July 1, 2007, all side letters executed by both parties not specifically referenced by the current Memorandum of Understanding shall expire and be of no further force or effect. The current MOU as printed will represent all MOU agreements between Local 145 and the City.
