SIEBEL'S RESOURCE COMMITMENT. As soon as reasonably practicable after the Effective Date and during the term of this Agreement, Siebel will dedicate one full-time quota-carrying Program Partnership Manager, one full-time sales consultant, one part-time channels marketing representative and other personnel as reasonably necessary to support Siebel's obligations under this Agreement.
