Sign Specifications. The Parties agree that the draft Sign specifications for each Sign are set forth in Exhibit “A” attached hereto and incorporated herein. The Parties may mutually agree to amend these specifications without the need to amend this Agreement. The Parties intend that each Sign will be identical or nearly identical in design and cost. Each Party will own its individual Sign on its respective property.
Sign Specifications. The cost of fabrication, installation and maintenance of all signs is the sole responsibility of Tenant. 1. Tenant is limited to one (1) wall sign, mounted on the building. Maximum allowable length to be seventy percent (70%) of the overall Premises frontage. 2. Letter height to be 12" minimum and 20” maximum for single lines of text. Letter height to be 18” maximum for two lines of text. 3. All signs are to consist of individual letters with white faces (7328 White), dark bronze (313 Bronze) returns and trim. 4. Font to be selected by Tenant and approved by Landlord. 5. One logo shall be allowed per tenant. Logo shall be a maximum of 20” square and in-line with lines of text. Logo shall be allowed to the right or the left of the lines of text or between 2 words, but no logo shall be allowed above or below the lines of text. 6. Federal and State registered trademarks or service marks may employ additional colors. Signs are to be submitted to Landlord for approval and are to be fabricated in the same manner as the individual letters. 7. Tenant signs are to consist of the name of Tenant business name only. No listing of merchandise or service is permitted unless it is part of the store name. 8. Signs to be constructed with inverted, painted aluminum channels and trim, with acrylic faces. 9. All signs to be internally illuminated. 10. All signs to consist of individual letters and are to be mounted to a continuous sign raceway. 11. Raceway color to match building facade. 12. All signs will comply with the Town of Morrisville’s Zoning Ordinance and as noted below: a) All internal illumination shall not exceed ten (10) foot-candles measured at a distance of ten (10) feet from the sign. b) All electronically illuminated signs shall have a disconnecting switch located in accordance with the provisions of the National Electric Code. c) For all illuminated signs, applications for both a sign permit and an electrical permit shall be submitted and approved by the Town of Morrisville prior to the installation of any illuminated sign.

  • DAF Specifications Developer shall submit initial specifications for the DAF, including System Protection Facilities, to Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO at least one hundred eighty (180) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date; and final specifications for review and comment at least ninety (90) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date. Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO shall review such specifications to ensure that the DAF are compatible with the technical specifications, operational control, and safety requirements of the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO and comment on such specifications within thirty (30) Calendar Days of Developer’s submission. All specifications provided hereunder shall be deemed to be Confidential Information.
