Signaling. 37.1 The Parties will Interconnect their networks using SS7 signaling as defined in GR- 000317GR-000317-CORE and GR-000394-CORE, including ISDN User Part (ISUP) for trunk signaling and Transaction Capabilities Application Part (TCAP) for CCS-CCS- based features in the Interconnection of their networks. Each Party may establish CCS interconnections either directly and/or through a Third Party. If CCS interconnection is established through a Third Party, the rates, terms, and conditions of the Parties’ respective tariffs will apply. If CCS interconnection is established directly between CLEC and SBC-13STATE, the rates, terms, and conditions of Appendix SS7 Xxxxxxxx XX0 will apply.
37.2 The Parties will cooperate in the exchange of TCAP messages to facilitate full interoperability of CCS-based features between their respective networks, including all CLASS features and functions, to the extent each Party offers such features and functions to its own End Users. All CCS signaling parameters deployed by both Parties will be provided including CPN. All privacy indicators will be honored.honored.
