Common use of Signaling Clause in Contracts

Signaling. 36.1 The Parties will Interconnect their networks using SS7 signaling as defined in GR-000317-CORE and GR- 000394-CORE, including ISDN User Part (ISUP) for trunk signaling and Transaction Capabilities Application Part (TCAP) for CCS-based features in the Interconnection of their networks. Each Party may establish CCS interconnections either directly and/or through a Third Party. If CCS interconnection is established through a Third Party, the rates, terms, and conditions of the Parties’ respective tariffs will apply. If CCS interconnection is established directly between CLEC and SBC-13STATE, the rates, terms, and conditions of Xxxxxxxx XX0 will apply.
