Signatories’ Representations and Warranties. Each individual executing this Settlement Agreement on behalf of any other Person hereby personally represents and warrants to the other Parties that he or she has the authority to execute this Settlement Agreement on behalf of, and fully bind, each principal that such individual represents or purports to represent.
