Signatory Acknowledgement Sample Clauses

Signatory Acknowledgement. The signatory hereto acknowledges that this contract is intended to bind it and its subsidiaries and affiliates. Accordingly, the signatory hereto shall (i) take all necessary action to ensure compliance with the terms of this Agreement by all of its subsidiaries and affiliates and (ii) be responsible for any breaches by any of its subsidiaries and affiliates of any obligation hereunder, including without limitation, any payment obligation, any indemnification obligation and any warranty obligation.
