a) Pay for rates and charges for water supply, electricity, and gas;
b) Provide a double/queen sized bed, wardrobe, and side table;
c) Provide linen, pillows, quilt and blankets;
d) Organise weekly cleaning – the cleaning company cleans the floors, wet areas, dusts and washes and re-makes the bed. Please note: the cleaning company does not do dishes or personal washing; and
e) Provide basic furniture and cooking equipment – i.e. lounge, dining suite, beds, BBQ, microwave, saucepans, pots, toaster, kettle, TV, basic cooking utensils and cutlery. The Employee:
a) Is required to pay for telephone bills;
b) Is not guaranteed car parking on the premises of the accommodation, site car parks are available but limited;
c) Will abide by Monadelphous policies and procedures both in and out of work hours, including but not limited to the Code of Conduct and Values. Residents are expected to respect other members of the share house and community;
d) Will report any maintenance issues as soon as possible to the Roxby Downs Branch Office by telephone or Request for Repairs form; and
e) Will adhere to the House Rules, specifically:
