Signatory Powers. The Association is bound by the joint signatures of an individual representing the Chair or Vice Chair, and an individual representing another member of the Steering Committee, the Treasurer, provided that such individuals have been duly designated in accordance with Clause 5.2(c). The signatory powers can be delegated by a written instruction by the Steering Committee.
