Any notice or document to be given or served under this lease must be in writing and may be signed by: (a) Party: the party giving or serving the notice; (b) Attorney: any attorney for the party serving or giving the notice; or (c) Authorised Person: the solicitor or any director, officer, employee or other agent who has authority to give or serve the notice.
