T Unless the City specifies otherwise, Seller must complete and sign this contract in duplicate originals and return it within the time period, if any, specified by the City in its request for Seller to sign, to the City’s Purchasing Division for execution by the City. After the City signs the contract, the City will return a copy signed by the City.
